Using these resources
The free guides and checklists are general educational resources. Your activities, location and circumstances determine what applies. A tick is a preparation note, not confirmation of a licence, compliance, tax treatment or lodgement. Check current requirements with the linked authority before acting. Dates in the English BAS tools are standard reference dates; use the due date on your issued BAS.
Reading this site does not create a client engagement. Individual services require a separate agreed engagement. Nothing on this page excludes or limits rights or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under Australian Consumer Law.
Data and contact
The site stores checklist progress and selections in your browser’s local storage. Reset controls clear the relevant checklist ticks. You can remove all stored site data through your browser settings. Do not enter client or financial details into shared devices.
This version has no document-upload form, checkout, advertising scripts or visitor analytics added by Ad Astra. The hosting and authentication services may process technical or access data under their own policies. External official links open another website with its own privacy practices. Contact links open your email app; nothing is sent until you choose to send it. Email sent to Paola is used to handle your enquiry and any separately agreed services. Do not send passwords or identity documents in an initial enquiry.
For privacy questions or requests relating to information you have sent, contact moiso@ad-astra.com.au. Ad Astra will need an appropriate updated notice before adding forms, analytics, advertising or other data collection.
