Working together
A registered practitioner must act honestly, provide services competently, take reasonable care, manage conflicts and protect client information subject to consent and legal disclosure requirements. Clients must provide truthful, complete and timely information, retain records, cooperate with reasonable requests and advise relevant changes. Taxpayer responsibilities remain with the client.
Ad Astra’s offered services are bookkeeping, reconciliations and BAS services within registration and the agreed engagement. This site does not offer income tax returns, tax structuring, legal advice or licence approvals. Scope, fees, responsibilities and authorisations must be agreed before work starts.
Any applicable registration conditions or prescribed events must be disclosed as required by section 45 of the Code Determination.

Il professionista registrato deve agire onestamente, fornire servizi competenti, usare ragionevole cura, gestire conflitti e proteggere le informazioni del cliente, fatti salvi consenso e obblighi legali di comunicazione. Il cliente deve fornire informazioni veritiere, complete e tempestive, conservare documenti, collaborare e comunicare cambiamenti rilevanti. Gli obblighi del contribuente restano a suo carico.
Ad Astra offre bookkeeping, riconciliazioni e servizi BAS nell’ambito della registrazione e dell’incarico concordato. Questo sito non offre dichiarazioni dei redditi, strutturazione fiscale, consulenza legale o approvazione di licenze. Servizi, compensi, responsabilità e autorizzazioni devono essere concordati prima dell’inizio del lavoro.
Eventuali condizioni limitative della registrazione ed eventi previsti dalla sezione 45 del Code Determination devono essere comunicati secondo le regole applicabili.
